Member Registration Instructions

We have updated our website and as a result, all members will need to register in order to access the members only area. To do so, enter your Member Number, First Name, and Last Name as they appear on your account statement. For detailed instructions, please click here.
 

If your name appears as a first name with a middle name or middle initial, or a first initial with a middle name, that is how it will need to be entered on the website. For example: John S. Smith should enter “John S.” as his first name and “Smith” as his last name.    S. John Smith should enter “S. John” as his first name and “Smith” as his last name. John Sam Smith should enter “John Sam” as his first name and “Smith” as his last name.
**Suffixes (Jr., Sr., etc.) SHOULD be included with your last name. Titles (Mr., Dr., etc.) should NOT be included.
You must include all punctuation.


Your member number will also need to be entered exactly as it appears in our billing system. Member numbers are 5 digits long. For example: “14” should be entered as “00014”. Spouses – please note that your member number has the letter “A” behind the number. For example: 9999 will be entered as “09999” for the member and “09999A” for the spouse.
